BLD Systems is where I design and build software, automation, dashboards, and operational tools for small teams.
This is useful when a workflow has grown past spreadsheets, diary notes, scattered messages, or manual follow-up. The work is usually simple to describe, but awkward to run every week.

Map the messy workflow and find where time, context, or responsibility gets lost.

Define the smallest useful system that can improve the work without overbuilding.
3. Build
Ship practical slices so the system can be tested against real work early.
4. Improve
Refine the system based on actual usage, not guesses made before anyone has touched it.
