BLD Systems is the operating identity for my software, automation, dashboard, and workflow work.
I build tools that make real work easier to run. Sometimes that means a SaaS product. Sometimes it means a dashboard, booking flow, automation, or internal tool that replaces scattered admin with one cleaner way of working.
How I Think About Systems
Most operational problems are system problems:
- a booking gets missed because the workflow is split across too many places
- a follow-up does not happen because no tool owns the next step
- a dashboard is hard to use because it shows too much and prioritises too little
- a small team loses time because information lives in memory, messages, and spreadsheets
My work is to understand the messy workflow, shape the smallest useful system, build it in practical slices, and improve it from real usage.
What I Build
Software systems
SaaS products, internal tools, booking flows, client workflows, and operating surfaces.
Automation workflows
Lead handling, follow-up systems, job photo workflows, email sequences, and tool-to-tool automation.
Data dashboards
Public data dashboards, operational reporting, dataset checks, and decision surfaces.
AI-assisted operations
AI used where it reduces admin, helps structure messy inputs, or makes the next step clearer.
Current Focus
Right now, I am focused on:
- building and refining MobiFlex
- improving public-interest dashboard work around SA Ambulance data
- helping small teams clean up booking, client, and workflow systems
- using AI as practical operational leverage, not theatre
- developing BLD Systems as a credible home for this work
